Telemedicine Consults

Set Up Appointment

Call to schedule at (708) 236-2701 a telemedicine consult to determine if an office appointment is beneficial for you, we provide a telemedicine consultation of your X-ray, MRI, or CT scan. CDs are preferred, but we can also review hard copies of imaging studies.

Before the Consult

We will not be responsible for lost copies through the mail so please make sure you retain a copy of your records. If you want your films, CDs, or records returned to you, please send us a self addressed stamped envelope. Please provide your contact information before sending your films by calling our office or by sending us an email through our website at

Telemedicine Appointment

Once date is set, you will receive an email from Chiron explaining how to register for the telemedicine appointment.

On the date of exam, the patient will log on to Chiron and “check in” with Dr. Nho or PA will be conducting the visit including history, limited physical exam, and imaging review.
